In December 2023, our company officially established Future Star Energy Service FZE (Middle East Company), a wholly owned overseas subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates. The company holds operating licenses for both trading and services: its trading business primarily focuses on the sale of complete sets of petroleum equipment and related spare parts, while its service operations encompass the sale, leasing, and technical services of petroleum and heavy machinery, as well as drilling engineering services.
The Middle East Company focuses on deepening its presence in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, with core operations encompassing the sale, rental, maintenance, and repair of top drive systems, as well as related international trade. Currently, its Nigerian subsidiary and Libyan branch have both completed registration and incorporation, and have successfully been added to the qualified supplier lists of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), National Iranian Oil Company (NIDC), and Pakistan National Oil Company. Its business spans Pakistan, India, Iraq, Kuwait, Turkey, Libya, Tunisia, Nigeria, and other countries.
