Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and competitor activities.
Analyze customer needs and identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Customer Development and Retention:
2. Develop new customers and expand sales channels.
Maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular client visits, and gather insights into their needs and feedback.
Sales Planning and Goal Management:
Develop sales plans, set sales targets, and track progress.
Adjust sales strategies in response to market changes to ensure the achievement of objectives.
3. Product Promotion:
Organize and participate in product promotion events, introducing customers to the product’s features and technical advantages.
Quotation and Contract Negotiation:
4. Develop quotation proposals based on customer requirements and conduct price negotiations.
Draft and review sales contracts to ensure that the contract terms are compliant and reasonable.
5. After-sales Service and Support:
Assist customers in resolving after-sales issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and promptly report it to the company to improve products and services.
6. Sales Data and Reports:
Record sales activities, organize sales data, and report to superiors on a regular basis.
Analyze sales data to identify sales trends and provide a basis for decision-making.
7. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical, and production departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Participate in team meetings and share experiences and success stories.
8. Continuous Learning and Training:
Continuously acquire industry knowledge and stay abreast of new product developments to enhance professional expertise.
Participate in company‑organized training sessions and industry‑related trade shows and conferences.
Job Requirements:
1. In good health; male, under 40 years of age; dedicated and professional, with a conscientious work ethic; able to meet the job’s responsibilities and adapt to long-term overseas business travel.
2. Possesses outstanding listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Russian or English, with strong communication and adaptability; able to communicate seamlessly with clients and has a solid understanding of the petroleum industry.
3. Possesses strong execution skills and is capable of completing tasks assigned by superiors.

Promotion requirements:
Regional offices shall conduct performance evaluations based on factors such as work attitude, professional competence, performance results, risk management, and cost awareness. Employees who pass the evaluation will be promoted to Business Representative; those who fail will be terminated.
